THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED AFRICAN DIASPORAN STATE – We, the peoples of the United African Diasporan State [UADS], as African descendants in the diaspora and dual citizens of Africa; are United in Diversity as Bi-Nations indigenes with equal human rights in all nations of the world in where we were born therein;
With right to vote and to be voted for in any geopolitical position(s) socioeconomic empowerment and/or leadership authority; to hold in trust and belief in our creation; in the permanency of our Africa race, in this universe for our peaceful coexistence, atoned with the tranquility, strength, freedom equality and the pursuit of our happiness.
We hold in trust the privileges we carry and the human rights we claim in both herein and thereto in the affairs of Africa. In the Bi-nations of the Americas, Bi-nations of the Asian Nations; and in the Bi-nations of Europe; we have birth rights in accordance with Geneva Convention.
In the promotion of our welfare, progress, prosperity, safety, security and defence of Africa; our reverence in the divine spirit of our common destiny and our collective defence in adversity; under Bi-Nations’ Constitution and under this Constitution, we establish to govern and protect the rights of our indigenes in affairs of all the Bi-Nations’ indigenes of the United African Diasporan State throughout the world.
We, the peoples of African descent, as Bi-Nations’ indigenes of all other nations in the world, by acting in our own best interests, beliefs and for this and the succeeding generations; in our quest for a fulfilling life, unity in diversity and for our peaceful coexistence, hold this Constitution to be self-evident of our common desires to empower, govern and protect ourselves.
Our purposes are to restore and reclaim our lost Africa’s homeland [RETURN-ADDRESS], privileges and human rights in Africa; pride in our Africa’s heritage, glory, status, respect and human dignity among our fellow human beings in Africa and worldwide; to have full and complete human rights in Africa; to restore in the affairs of Africa and the world; to build, promote, protect and defend ourselves and the United African States [UAS] as one Nation-States; to provide safety, security, harmony and peaceful coexistence as one geopolitical entity of United African States; for equal socioeconomics progress and prosperity with self-empowerment, self-actualization with our human rights and freedom.
We, the peoples of the United African Diasporan State [UADS], as the Bi-Nations’ indigenes, in our quest for dual citizens of Africa, our ancestral homeland, with our eternal desires to establish a perpetual union in diversity with our homeland-Africa, based on Africentric Valid Indigenous Principles [VIP] of our self-actualization, with the permanency of our common natural identity of Ethnic Africans in Diaspora, throughout the world; who are defined by natural colour order and fostered by the contents of the antinomian of God whose purpose we are serving as our creator, who determined our own destiny among others [who had denied us the parity-equality, enslaved our parents]; and bearing our welfare and well beings; to ensure our safety and security. Therefore, we have established this Constitution for governing the affairs of the UNITED AFRICAN DIASPORAN STATE among Bi-Nations and with their indigenes.
