Schedule Instagram Posts Now in Advance Via Facebook
Instagram posts can now be scheduled for later posting via Facebook’s Creator Studio.
This feature, reported by TechCrunch, is available for all corporate accounts and also extends to IGTV videos. Both Instagram posts and IGTV videos can be scheduled up to six months in advance.
Previously, users had the ability to plan Instagram posts in advance using third-party tools. This marks the first time that users can do this directly through one of Facebook’s services.
Facebook directly offering the functionality means that the previous limitations no longer exist. When scheduling Instagram posts via third parties, users could upload only one image per post without any support for IGTV videos.
Now users can schedule posts containing multiple images and upload longer videos to IGTV. The only catch is that this feature is not immediately available to everyone. There are a few hoops to cross, so to speak.
