Candidates for the graduate scheme, depending on the scheme to which they have applied, are either asked to complete a numerical reasoning or logical reasoning test in the first stage. The graduate scheme test is adaptive, which means that if the candidate is doing well, the questions get harder. The assessment is about 20 minutes long and includes a variable number of multiple choice questions. In the second stage, you’ll be asked to perform the online personality test.
Some of the tests introduce you to questions for which your schooling or work experience may not have prepared you. This is why many people find them to be one of the most difficult and intimidating tests. Preparing for them in advance can help you become familiar with the logical patterns commonly used in these tests, thus making it easier for you to identify them in real time and solve questions more quickly.
